The Flatiron Lofts

Posted on May 28, 2008. Filed under: Buyers, Developments, Information, Real Estate | Tags: , , , , , , |

This new development has Residential Lofts starting at $204,900 and Commercial Studios starting at $179,000. Located at Queen and Carlaw, the Flatiron Lofts is the second phase of the project for Brad Lamb.  This building attracts buyers interested in the Beaches, Riverdale, and Leslieville who can’t afford to be right downtown. The building takes its name from the flatiron shape, a very rare form of architecture around the world. The design is based on wide units with 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and fine finishes. Really worth a look today.

I received some additional information on this today, so I am passing it along to my readers.

There are 45 different floor plans for under $259,900. This includes engineered hardwood, stone kitchen counter tops, gas cooking in the kitchen, gas hookup on balconies and terraces, high glass italian cabinetry, 4 stainless steel appliances, 9 ft. exposed concrete ceilings, glass doors, and “designer magazine” bathrooms.

Wow, sounds amazing.
