Why Realtors Love Referrals

In Real Estate, repeat and referral clients are the most important for business.  There is nothing better than a client who brags for you.  They pre-sell you and your services before you even walk in the door.  If you refer someone, I will keep you in the loop, just so you know how things are progressing.  I want you to know that I am taking great care of your referral, so you will continue to refer clients to me in the future. 

Another huge area of referrals is fellow agents in other markets.  Often I have worked with buyers who are relocating to Toronto, and I find out about this from their agent who is selling their old home.  This is a great source of referrals and also to help someone learn about the different neighbourhoods in Toronto and which one might be best for them and their family.
