Positives to Downsizing
A smaller home is easier to maintain.
It costs a lot less to heat and light a smaller home.
Lower mortgage payments and property taxes if your home costs less and is assessed at a lower value.
Less space to accumulate clutter. Which is another way of saving money.
Less is more!
